And the Week Comes to a Close..

It's Friday night and I've been lying on the bed in my hotel room in Silverdale, Washington closing my long week (that's not quite yet over) by watching (and re-watching) hours of American Idol. I don't know what it is about talented singers that mesmerizes me so much. My favorite to win is Andrew Garica.

Anyway.. I worked hard these past few days. I haven't been this tired in a while but it was a wonderful experience.

Your very basic brownie sundae. I re-did their already existing brownie with a much better chocolate. Serving it in the cast iron skillet gives it a rustic feel I think...
